The worst kept secret of how we got here in 5 short years? Building, growing and maintaining a cohesive team that consists in genuine experts who are also genuinely amazing people, as well as nurturing new talent through mentorship.
The explosive combination of talent acquisition and talent creation, with good people who, crucially, work well as a team. They also all happen to be dear friends, and the ultimate support network in what continues to be a poorly regulated industry.
Then there’s the non-clinical team, spearheaded by Marcelo, and bolstered by our army of undergraduate and recently graduated mentees through our pioneer scheme the JTMS and our events FACExpo and FACExpert. These are the true unsung heroes of our training offering.
All of these pieces come together to enable us to do what we were created to do – provide robust, evidence-based and hands-on clinical training in injectables to our wonderful delegates. Simultaneously, we take great pride in ensuring our growing cohort of model patients continue to receive outstanding treatments and results.

At Interface, we have also developed e-Interface, a video-based online learning platform which includes a video library of treatments and tutorials on all aspects of contemporary aesthetic practice.
e-Interface has been developed in line with the Level 7 Diploma curriculum and the HEE and JCCP guidance, ensuring that the material is fit for a future of greater regulation and higher standards of patient care within injectables

Fantastic training day with Dr James and Dr Jordan. Informative course and I learned some great techniques. I had the opportunity to get hands-on with over 5 clients. My name is Sukhjeevan Dhillon. I am a Dentist and I have completed both the foundation course and the refresher. Booking of the course was very simple, it’s very easy to speak directly to a member of team who’s response time is short. During the course days I have been directly tutored by Nurse Julie Scott, Dr Felix Karst and Dr James Olding. They each offer an enormous wealth of experience and possibly more valuable than that is genuine teaching ability. It’s one thing to be a talented clinical practitioner, it’s another to be able to communicate this to amateur delegates like myself as we develop confidence in a new field. I highly recommend this course to anyone regardless of experience as they manage to condense a lot of learning into a relaxed day with plenty of practical experience. The support afterwards is great, as the whole team are easy to communicate with and continue to support whilst we try and implement taught skills in our own practice.
For me, the most important factors in choosing an educational provider is professional credibility, relevant accreditations and genuine passion and integrity, of which interface definitely has. The training days were hugely informative with expert tutors whilst remaining relaxed enough to feel well supported. I’m planning a few masterclasses with interface as a result.
